Printing Services

Data Image offers customized printing services to meet the demands of any organization.

StandardImageSM – Variable printing of text and graphics in black. All colors are pre-printed on the document, front and back.

ColorImageSM – The entire front of the document including all logos, headings, borders and variable information is printed in color using proprietary print technology. The back of the document is pre-printed.

TotalImageSM – Imagine a blank sheet of paper going into the printer and a full color document, both front and back emerging from the printer. TotalImage is our fully dynamic option for those clients seeking complete flexibility. There is no need to purchase pre-printed stock.

 

Mailing Services

Our equipment tracks each document through the production process and includes quality control systems such as multi-stage laser sheet detection and JetVision camera technology. DataViewSM – Ever need a copy of a document and cannot recreate it? DataView offers an archive and retrieval system containing exact PDF images of each document produced for the past twelve months. If you have Adobe Reader and a browser you are ready to use this service.

DataAccessSM – While DataView provides your customer service team with PDF images of all documents, DataAccess provides the same PDFs online for your customers. Customers complete a simple authentication process and they can see every document sent to them for the past twelve months.

DataPaySM – We are PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant and can integrate DataPay payment services into both the DataView and DataAccess products. DataPay comes with a complete report writer, recurring payment option, custom remit file, and the option to accept both debit and credit card and eCheck payments.

eBill Delivery – Save the cost of a paper document by providing your customers with the option of receiving a web notice to retrieve and pay their bills online. You can eliminate paper and postage costs.
